The rewards will be significant...

1. Starting basic salary will be between £36,000 and £48,000
2. Performance related bonus will take this up to between £56,000 and £68,000
3. A £5,000 ‘golden handshake’ on completion of the 13 week induction programme
4. Generous holiday allocation
5. A definite commitment to equity within 12 months subject to crystal clear and transparent performance standards

And your high standards will nurture the quality of the year end accounts, management accounts and the small amount of audit work that the team produce. Together we’ll be improving our clients experience of our firm and as a consequence growing the firm’s revenues and profits.
